Return Policy

Eligible Items: Only items that are normally stocked by Modern Networks may be returned. Items not normally stocked by Modern Networks are not eligible for return.

Condition: Items must be unopened, new, and include original packaging. Open box returns will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items: Special order items, such as custom antennas or computers with custom specifications, are non-returnable at any time.

Return Window: Approved returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and evaluating the returned product.

Non-refundable Charges: Service, delivery, support, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
